I am DK Rodham and this site displays a selection of my paintings. I hope you enjoy browsing the galleries.

Apologies if the watermarks on the images are a bit of a nuisance: it is so hard to keep control of images once they are on the net.

The site is still developing, so do come back soon – there are many paintings not yet on display!

As you will see, some of the paintings were executed specifically for book illustrations – most recently “Images from Edmund Spenser’s The Faerie Queene”. The books are displayed in the library section and copies of some of them are available for sale.

Oh – and just in case you were wondering about the Gallery name – pinxit is Latin for “he/she painted” and was used by some Renaissance painters when signing their work.
